Puppy Application - Once you decide that a Chehalem Mountain Shilohs ISSR puppy is right for you, please read, print and fill out the Puppy Application. Specify clearly what you would like to see in a pup as well as your experience with previous dogs. Mail the application along with either a deposit or prepayment to secure a spot on our puppy list. The mailing address is listed at the bottom of the form.
Once prepayment or deposit is received by Chehalem Mountain Shilohs, we will send you email updates on the breeding activities that take place here. You will find out as soon as a bitch goes into heat, when they are bred and when they whelp. You can follow along with the pups progress with photo updates posted to this website. The litter will be evaluated at 8 weeks of age and puppies will be matched with the families immediately following. It is important for you to be very clear on what you are looking for and where you can be flexible.
Please note that the Sales Contract and agreements must be read, filled out and signed by buyer and complete payment received by Chehalem Mountain Shilohs two weeks prior to the litter evaluation. Failure to do so may impact your getting a puppy from your chosen litter and you may have to wait for the next available litter. Puppies are ready to go to their new homes two days following the litter evaluation.
